How to make

  • Mix 2tbsp of sprouted ragi flour
    with ½ cup of water to form lump free paste.
  • Add 150 ml of milk or water and cook
    on a low flame. Stir continuously for 5 minutes until thickens.
  • Add palm jaggery/  salt/milk/mashed fruits as desired.
 

Storage

Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight jar for long lasting freshness.
